Beckha Ford

- Founder/CEO

(beckha.ford@quietvoicesllc.com)

I consider myself to be an eclectic woman of intellect, articulation and gentle spirit. I am an award winning writer of poetry and prose. I have been happily married now after almost 4 years. I was a widow for 8. I had 2 children, 1 daughter born in 1979, and a son born in 1982. Adopted 5 girls and 1 boy, ages range from 28 down to 22.

Quiet Voices LLC came about because my late mother was hospitalized and could not communicate with me orally. As necessity is the mother of invention, I compiled the original Q.V. book through means of cutting and pasting images into a three ring binder over the span of 3 years. When my mother passed away, I left the book as an aid for the nursing home in hopes that it would help other people. Surprisingly, the same day I received a phone call from them asking for more books! It sparked the idea in me that I had stumbled upon something great and that I needed to share it with the world. Quiet Voices was born.

Stan Ford

- Founder/Vice President

(stan.ford@quietvoicesllc.com)

A lifetime resident of St. Louis, MO. After I graduated from Affton High School, I enlisted as an Aviation Electrician's Mate in the Navy during the Vietnam Era and received an honorable discharge after 4 years. My intent was to obtain an Electrical Engineering Degree. The need to support my family pushed me to get an interview at Westhoff Tool and Die. After twenty years working there, I worked for another company called Supreme Tool and Die. A few years later, thinking that I'd like to work for myself, I started my own business as a Home Remodeler. After 3 years of that, I got a job working in R&D at NORDYNE, Inc., a leading manufacturer of HVAC equipment. I met my wife Beckha eight years ago. She came up with the idea while taking care of her mother who had ALS.

The whole concept of helping others communicate makes sense to me and has a good feel. As VP of Quiet Voices, I'm here to help with sales, support staff, screen vendors, assure quality control, and basically be added grease for the wheels of the business.

Michael Branton

- Sales

(michael.branton@quietvoicesllc.com)

I have been working diligently making contacts and planning the launch of Quiet Voices for the past year. Now that the manual is ready to go into production and the website is up, I'm eager to hit the ground running with Q.V. sales. Please contact me for orders and/or any other questions you have about acquiring our Quiet Voices Manual.

Patty Edmiston

- Graphic Designer

(patty.edmiston@quietvoicesllc.com)

I wear many hats at Quiet Voices but the one most important is as the Lead Designer for the Quiet Voices Manual. Bringing with me 10+ years of design experience I, along with Beckha and Stan developed and designed the manual in the hopes it would help people communicate around the world.

Michael Trang

- Web/Graphic Designer

(michael.trang@quietvoicesllc.com)

I graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering Technology with an emphasis on Technical Graphics and a minor in art. Currently, I work as a graphic/web designer at a manufacturing company and freelances from time to time. I became part of Quiet Voices from Patty's recommendation and Beckha's need for a website. I bring 4 years of design experience to the Q.V. team.

James Rodriguez

- IT Technician

(james.rodriguez@quietvoicesllc.com)

As an IT Technician, I deal with all the technical aspects of Quiet Voices from setting up emails to server-side maintenance.

Jim Walsh

- Accountant

(jim.walsh@quietvoicesllc.com)

I am an Accountant for Stan and Beckha in the Quiet Voices organization. I got my Bachelors degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Missouri Valley College in Marshall, MO in 1981. I have known Beckha for the past 30 plus years and Stan since they have been married. I am sooo sooo excited about getting this book off the ground (and off the printer, LOL), I, know that this idea of Beckha's is something that everyone will be looking to have in their lives or someone in their families' lives.
